RRL Clothing, also known as Double RL, is a heritage-inspired line by Ralph Lauren launched in 1993. Named after Ralph and Ricky Lauren’s Colorado ranch, the brand draws heavily on American workwear, Western style and vintage military clothing. RRL focuses on durability, characterful fabrics and classic designs that age well over time.

The RRL collection at The Sporting Lodge includes selvedge denim jeans, buffalo-check shirts, rugged jackets, workwear-inspired trousers, graphic tees and heavyweight knitwear. We also stock leather accessories such as wallets, belts and canvas tote bags — all crafted with heritage detailing and built for long-term wear.

RRL selvedge jeans are made using vintage shuttle looms to produce a dense, self-finished edge and distinctive texture. The denim is often untreated or rinsed for softness and designed to wear in naturally over time. Features include reinforced stitching, traditional five-pocket construction and heritage-inspired fits such as Slim Narrow and Vintage 5 Pocket styles.

RRL jackets combine workwear heritage with practical design. Quilted jackets feature padded insulation and wind-resistant linings; deck and field jackets often include corduroy collars, patch pockets and reinforced seams. These pieces are built for warmth, durability and everyday use, with a rugged aesthetic that suits both rural and urban settings.

RRL offers handcrafted leather belts, wallets, card holders and key fobs. Made from vegetable-tanned leather, each piece is saddle-stitched and often finished with tooling or burnishing. These accessories are designed to age well with use, gaining patina and character while maintaining structure and durability.

Leather items benefit from occasional conditioning and should be kept dry. Jackets and shirts can often be machine washed on a gentle cycle, though dry cleaning may be recommended for certain lined pieces.
