The interior of the Wading Boot has been improved to ensure a stable platform, featuring a molder bi-fit board combing the shank, midsole and lasting board in to an individual piece without reducing comfort or sustainability. With the newly designed soles, stitch down construction and stable platform, Patagonia believe these Wading Boots could potentially be the last pair you ever purchase. The soles can be easily resoled for a lifetime performance. The combination of being full-grain leather, tough material yet lightweight, waterproof, 1,000 denier nylon panels all provide protection from the river rock and coral heads. Patagonia have customised the fit across both the forefoot and ankle for increased support on uneven surfaces. The additional traction compound T. The Vibram® Megagrip has been developed for both wet and dry surfaces. If you are wanting to fish from a home pool or cross sharp coral and dirt-road walk-ins the additional traction has you covered.
