All gifts purchased between 3rd November and 24th December 2025 can be returned up until 5th January 2026 if unwanted or unsuitable.
- Full-price items are eligible for a full refund up to 6th January.
- Sale items are eligible for a refund within 14 days of delivery. After 14 days, sale items can be returned for store credit or exchange.
