Extended Christmas Returns Policy 


All gifts purchased between 3rd November and 24th December 2025 can be returned up until 6th January 2026 if unwanted or unsuitable.
  • Full-price items are eligible for a full refund up to 5th January.
  • Sale items are eligible for a refund within 14 days of delivery.  After 14 days, sale items can be returned for store credit or exchange. 

Royal Mail have recently updated their service, whereby all orders are opted in to allow delivery to a Safe Place.
