Product Description

In some cases, a durable, waterproof outer layer is necessary to withstand sharp plants and rough surfaces. However, Filson's Swiftwater Rain Jacket is specifically designed for active pursuits, offering lightweight, reliable protection that can be easily accessed.

Weighing in at under fourteen ounces, this jacket can be conveniently packed into a backpack or hunting vest. Its 2.5-layer shell is made of sturdy yet lightweight 3.8-oz. ripstop nylon with a waterproof membrane on the inside.

A mesh grid lining adds an extra layer of defence against wear and tear. Despite its lightweight, the Swiftwater is fully seam-sealed to block out moisture in even the worst conditions.

Breathability is key during high-intensity activities, and the Swiftwater's waterproof membrane allows sweat and heat to escape while keeping rain and snow out. AquaGuard® zippers from YKK® are used throughout for water resistance, and the front zipper features an interior storm flap and zipper garage to prevent irritation
