Measurement Guide
The numbers in parentheses (1), (2), (3), (4), (5) refer to the following body measurements:
- (1) Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape measure horizontal.
- (2) Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, typically the narrowest part of your torso.
- (3) Seat/Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, keeping the tape measure horizontal.
- (4) Inseam: Measure from the crotch seam down the inside of your leg to where you want the hem to fall.
- (5) Head: Measure around your head, just above your eyebrows and ears, for hat sizing.

Which Kånken size should I choose?
